Motivation is an inside job – I get it

But does it hurt to get a little help every now and then? A little inspiration?

Im a huge fan of motivational speakers. I’m always on the lookout for new things that could keep me enthusiastic, get me re-energised or just get me out of bed sometimes 😀

In my time I’ve come across many different ways to keep myself motivated and positive. I’d love to share them with you.

You may be far better at this stuff than I am, maybe you don’t need any help getting yourself energised, maybe you don’t think you need to be motivated or “lit” all of the time. But for me… I want to be “ON” 24/7 365 – I’d try for 25/8 if it was possible.

I see myself as a pretty positive person in general. I try to look on the bright side of most situations. I fall off sometimes. Sometimes I let the day beat me… but most days, I win! I still wake up almost every morning, wishing for an extra couple of hours (or sometimes days) in bed.

There are a few different ways that I get myself up and “on” early every morning.

Im going to be discussing things like:

  • daily rituals
  • Battle Plans
  • Training
  • What you’re eating and drinking
  • Sleep
  • And much more…

I used to feel sluggish and lethargic most of the time. That changed for me when I finally felt like I was “on purpose”. Like I was finally doing something that was inline with who I am. 

Most mornings now I bounce out of bed at 5am. By the time I leave for work I’ve worked out, eaten, washed and dressed, worked on my businesses and spent time with my 2 beautiful children!

I’d love to help some of you to stay on point and get yourselves motivated and positive more often than not!
