You Need To Earn More Money
We all do right. I know I do. I have massive goals and to achieve those, I need money… a lot of money.
It’s not always socially acceptable to speak openly about wanting to be rich… I don’t care, I WANT TO GET RICH!
Say that to most people and you’ll be labelled as greedy. Say it here and I’ll congratulate you. In fact… I want to you make a promise to yourself, to me and to this community – I want you to say it outloud –
“I want to be rich!”
“I want to be a millionaire” or a Billionaire – Hey, if you’re going to go big you may aswell go all the way, I wont judge you negatively for it and neither will the “success anonymous” (That’s what I’ve named this community by the way! – P.S I think we, The Ambitious, are probably frowned upon more than an alcoholic, so if you’re going to take on this success thing, if you’re going to take the pledge and put a stake in the ground… you’d better be ready for some haters!”
There are so many ways in the world today to make money. And in this day and age, the instant world we live in, things have never been easier!
- Network marketing
- Affiliate marketing
- Selling your unwanted goods on ebay
- Selling your friends and family’s unwanted goods on ebay
- Find a skill you have an use it to help somebody
- Drive for Uber
- Work Overtime
- Ask for a pay rise or a promotion (what harm could it do if you’re good at what you do?)
- Start your own business
- The list goes on and on!
Far too many people spend far too much if their time looking at their expenditure. Looking for ways to cut back. I’m sorry if I offend anybody here (actually I’m not but its good to be polite) but if you are one of those people, sat at your kitchen table looking through your accounts for ways you can cut back… You Are Stupid!
Let’s say for example you earn $50,000 per year.
Now let’s say you spend the whole lot… all $50,000.
If you are an absolute genius and you figure out how to live for a whole year without spending a penny… congratulations, you just saved $50K. You’ll be a millionaire in 20 years.
Now let’s say you work 9 – 5 Monaday to Friday.
You earn $50,000 per year.
You decide to work overtime, which takes you to £65K per year.
You look through all of the belongings that you’ve accumulated over the years and find sellable items worth $2K
Because of all the overtime you’re doing, you get noticed at work and rewarded for your dedication with a promotion and a $10K payrise
You also realise that, even with the overtime… you’re free from 8Pm – 8AM – You decide to start an affiliate marketing site
by the end of the first year, you earned an extra $8K
You earned an extra $30K or so that year! congratulations… you earn $80K per year – you now have options to grow that next year.
Both scenarios are quite farfetched (I have a tendency to get a little carried away). But the point I’m trying to make is that you can only cut back so much. If you spend $20K – the most you can possibly save is $20K!
Now if you focus your time and energy on income – the sky’s the limit. You can increase your income over and over again. You can add new flows of income as often as you want. And the higher your income, the more chance you have of growing it further. Income is positive, cutting back is negative. You can not do better by shrinking.
By growing your income, you give yourself new opportunities to do the same again! Try it. Spend 95% of your time on income and only 5% on expenditure – You’ll be amazed at what happens!
